From site geometry to controlled fabrication.
A good finished surface starts before the first cut. Dimensions, openings, joints and supports are translated into production details appropriate to the selected material.Discuss your projectLeica iCON iCS50 digital measurement
Digital site measurement supports the translation of existing geometry into fabrication drawings. Checking dimensions and interfaces before production helps reduce on-site adjustment. Overseas survey responsibilities are agreed for each project.
GMM 5-axis CNC and waterjet cutting
Cutting layouts, sink openings, edge geometry and bespoke shapes are planned around the slab and component. Manufacturing feasibility depends on the selected material, thickness and detail.
DRY CUT CNC glass cutting
Our DRY CUT CNC equipment cuts glass components. It is a glass-cutting machine, separate from the Leica digital measurement system.
Glass-porcelain lamination
Thin porcelain can be combined with a project-specific glass backing. The backing, bonding specification, finished edge and connection details must be evaluated as a complete component, not as a surface finish alone.
