Zenith Installation & Service
One plan, from measurement to handover.
A porcelain surface is not defined by the slab or the factory cut alone. Accurate measurements, a prepared site and a coordinated installation team need to come together on the same schedule.

Our priority
For us, well-planned installation and handover are the most critical stage of the project.
Design and fabrication fulfil their purpose when the finished component works in its intended setting. Our approach connects technical preparation, dispatch, site coordination and after-installation communication.
Installation starts before the component is finished.
Cabinet alignment in a kitchen, plumbing positions in a bathroom and the order of floor handovers in a hotel all influence fabrication decisions. Leaving these details until arrival can mean additional site work and rescheduling. The aim is to coordinate the interfaces before the product reaches the site.
Six stages of installation coordination
Project and site review
The application, location, existing substrate and target handover date are considered together. A site contact on the client, architect or contractor side is identified.
Starting point: scope, contact and site conditions.
Digital measurement and technical detailing
Leica iCON digital measurement supports the transfer of site geometry into fabrication planning. Edges, joints and sink or hob openings are considered alongside the relevant appliance information. The aim is to reduce additional cutting on site.
Before fabrication: measurements, interfaces and appliance details.
Fabrication aligned with the installation sequence
Components prepared using our GMM five-axis CNC and waterjet capabilities are planned with the application sequence in mind. Kitchen, bathroom, furniture or floor-by-floor requirements are reviewed alongside production timing.
Coordination: the right component ready for the right stage.
Packaging, dispatch and access planning
Dimensions, edges and cut-outs inform the protective packaging requirements. Vehicle access, the unloading area, internal route and equipment needs are reviewed before dispatch. Competent teams must determine handling arrangements appropriate to the load and site.
Before dispatch: protection, access and receiving arrangements.
Site readiness and controlled installation
Supports, substrates and the sequence of other trades are checked before installation. Alignment, joints and connections follow the approved project details. Responsibility for plumbing and electrical connections is agreed separately.
On site: prepared supports, coordinated trades and controlled application.
Handover, care information and support
Surfaces, edges and joints are reviewed at handover. Use and care guidance relates to the selected finish. If a question arises after installation, project details and photographs provide a starting point for technical review.
Continuity: a communication channel beyond handover.
Before the site visit
What should be agreed before installation day?
Sharing these details early helps establish the scope and schedule appropriate to your project.
- Project country, city, address and the responsible site contact
- Application areas, current drawings and photographs of existing conditions
- The date when cabinets, supports and substrates will be ready
- Make, model and fitting details for sinks, hobs, taps and associated equipment
- Floor level, doorway and access dimensions, unloading area and handling arrangements
- Sequence of other trades, building rules and the target handover date
After-installation communication belongs in the plan.
For a care question, joint detail or issue noticed during use, start with the project information. Share the address, your order reference if available, a short description and photographs through WhatsApp. The issue can then be assessed; the scope of an on-site review, if needed, is considered separately.

Installation planning questions
When should installation planning begin?
Ideally while material and design decisions are being made. Measurements, supports, appliances and site access should be reviewed together before fabrication.
Is zero on-site cutting guaranteed?
Digital measurement and factory preparation aim to reduce additional site work. Changes to cabinets, walls, plumbing or equipment may require reassessment. Installation conditions are confirmed for each project.
Can hotel or commercial work be phased?
An installation sequence by floor, block or area can be evaluated. Operating schedules, access and other trades must be reviewed before a firm duration can be agreed.
Does an export order include installation?
Fabrication, delivery and installation are separate responsibilities. Whether installation is included, what the local team will do and the scope of technical support must be expressly agreed at proposal stage.
A good installation plan starts with the right information.
